Can I change the address on my order?​

Unfortunately, the moment your order is placed it is processed by our manufacturers immediately. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your products as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to existing orders.

How long does it take to ship?​

As soon as we get your order, your order is immediately processed! As for as as shipping, this will depend where we are shipping to but it normally only takes 3-5 business days!!

How much is shipping?​

If your order is more than $50, shipping is free!! If not, the shipping cost will be determined by our net calculator!

My credit/debit card is being declined! What should I do?​

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and your account billing address matches as well as all numbers are entered correctly. In addition be sure to check the security code on the back as well as make sure that your card is current and valid. After validating the information you’ve entered and an error message is received a second attempt, please contact your financial institution for further assistance!

So sorry that you need to make a return! Taylor Sparkles, LLC accepts returns for a store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase if the item has been very gently used! You may also opt to exchange an item and return shipping is only reimbursed for damaged or defective goods!
